Councl operates the councl.io directory and agency. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us when you submit a form (your name, email, and message), basic usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser), and public business information about law firms gathered from sources such as Google Maps.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, to run and improve the directory and our services, and to measure how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to run Councl: Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting, and an analytics provider that measures how the site is used. They process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us.
